Background checkins not functional

I acquired this app to do automatic check ins on Foursquare. Ive been using it up until iOS 7, where it stopped functioning. The current release does not seem to automatically check me into my Foursquare places.

When I try to connect with application support, I am redirected to the app download page. :/
